CTMA, affiliated to HBN Law and established in 1957, is one of the most qualified firms in the Netherlands Antilles and Aruba for trademark related matters. The firm renders a wide range of services, as there are, registration with the Bureau for Intellectual Property (“BIP”), searches and also protection and commercial investigation. The Netherlands Antilles is member of the Madrid Agreement and the Protocol related to that Agreement. Consequently, we can assist you in obtaining international protection for your trademark as well.

Before you decide to use a trademark or trade name, it is important to know if this name is available to be used.
