CTMA, affiliated to HBN Law and established in 1957,
is one of the most qualified firms in the Netherlands
Antilles and Aruba for trademark related matters. The

registration with the Bureau for Intellectual Property
(“BIP”), searches and also protection and
commercial investigation. The Netherlands Antilles is
member of the Madrid Agreement and the Protocol related
to that Agreement. Consequently, we can assist you in
